Payment Terms
- Payment is required within seven days of the sale.
For your convenience, we accept the following forms of online payment --
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We can also process
payments over the phone using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or
Discover, and accept mail payment by personal check.
Delivery Terms -
All furniture items are shipped to your
doorstep - Our very low
priced shipping quotes do not include red carpet services. If you require
inside delivery, unpacking, or setup help, you may deal directly with the
shipper to obtain additional costs information. We promise to ship your
item within a week of receiving your cleared payment unless you specify
otherwise. If you do not provide your home phone number, the carrier will
not be able to schedule final delivery. Normal deliveries will arrive in
two to four weeks. Small items will be shipped via UPS Ground service with
deliveries in 3 to 5 business days. For more details on our packing and

Packing Materials - Packing
materials and other packing expenses are already factored into
the price of your merchandise. We take great pride in our
packing and shipping precautions. Your larger furniture pieces
will arrive on a pallet to prevent "Manhandling" which is the most
common cause of damage to furniture during shipping.
Defective
Merchandise - Merchandise returns for defects
only wit prior written approval from GIF-IFM. All claims for defective
merchandise or missing parts must be made within 30 days of the delivery.
All shipping damage which is visible at the time of delivery must be
annotated on the shippers bill of ladding before accepting the shipment
and must be claimed to the freight carrier by they buyer.
Return
Policy - You are welcome to return any item
within 14 days of receipt for a store credit or exchange. However,
freight charges are not refundable and the returned items must be received
back at our Atlanta warehouse, in good condition, before a
credit will be processed. You must ensure any return is packed
sufficiently to avoid damage on the return trip. We recommend that you
save the original packing materials.
Your
Satisfaction - We will make every reasonable
effort to ensure your satisfaction with no surprises. We want to fill
your house with our furnishings so we will take the extra step to ensure
that you are happy with your purchase. We guarantee that our
representation is fair, honest, and accurate. If, for any reason, you feel
that we misrepresented an item, or that something was not mentioned or was
misleading, we will gladly refund your money without further question. We
do not, however, ship items out for you to try them out and see if you
like them. If you want to return an item because it does not match your
existing furniture or because you changed your mind, you will be charged
for the packing, shipping and insurance for the delivery to and from your
location. Please have conviction before making a purchase.
