White glove service begins with an additional $279 which employs two qualified furniture movers for 4 hours and increases depending on the size and difficulties of your job. Payments – Whenever feasible, after confirming your items in-stock and available for shipping, payments will be processed directly by the supplier providing your furniture. This helps to expedite the process and shorten the time of your delivery. For all custom orders and longer delivery time orders a 50% deposit is required at the time the order is placed. Returns – We stand firmly behind our products and suppliers. If for any reasons relating to quality, finish or material construction, you are unsatisfied, we will allow returns at no cost to you.
